Growth
The loop, the funnel, and what the next eighteen months buy.
Three artefacts, generated from one data file so they cannot drift from the round or from the revenue page. The flywheel names the one input this round funds. The funnel names every stage and, because skaills is pre-revenue, refuses to put a conversion rate on any of them. The roadmap runs exactly as long as the runway the round buys, and every item is tied to a line in the use of funds.
The business flywheel
Six stages, each feeding the next. The loop already turns — the free plan is live, the corpus deepens with every evaluation, and people inside organisations do bring skaills to their HR team. What it does not yet do is close, because nobody has been asked to subscribe at scale. That is the one stage this round funds.

The round’s product and go-to-market lines — sixty per cent of it between them — pay for this single step. The product is built; the distribution is not. Everything else on the loop is already turning.
The customer funnel
First contact to paying organisation to expansion. Not one stage carries a measured conversion figure, and none is invented to fill the column: skaills has signed no paying customer. Each stage states its basis, and every basis here reads "plan assumption".
| # | Stage | Figure | Basis | What happens here |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Reaches skaills.ai in one of four languages | no figure published | Plan assumption | Arrives on the public site in Spanish, English, French or Portuguese. No traffic figure is published. |
| 2 | Opens a free account | no figure published | Plan assumption | Creates a free account. No sales contact, no card, no trial clock. |
| 3 | Completes a first evaluation | no figure published | Plan assumption | Completes a first evaluation, which is the moment the product proves itself. |
| 4 | Upgrades to Pro ($29/month) or Premium ($79/month) | no figure published | Plan assumption | Upgrades to a paid personal plan. The prices are published; the rate at which people upgrade is not, because it has not happened yet. |
| 5 | An organisation opens a pilot, with a case-study commitment | no figure published | Plan assumption | An organisation opens a pilot. The plan attaches a case-study commitment to each one, which is how the second go-to-market circle gets its material. |
| 6 | Subscribes on Starter ($199/month) or Business ($499/month) | about 200 by the end of year one — a plan target, not a measurement | Plan assumption | The organisation subscribes on a published plan. The figure shown is the business plan’s year-one target, stated there as forward-looking — a target, not a measurement. |
| 7 | Moves to Enterprise (custom) with the Org Transformation Plan | no figure published | Plan assumption | Moves to Enterprise, where the Org Transformation Plan and the integrations live. Priced per engagement; no rate card is published. |
| 8 | Adds credentials or recruitment campaigns — both planned, neither live | no figure published | Plan assumption | Adds credentials or recruitment campaigns. Both are planned streams; the revenue page marks them planned, and neither is live. |
Roadmap
Three six-month periods, which is the eighteen-month runway the round buys — the horizon is derived from the round terms, not chosen for the chart. Dates are relative to close, because the close is a window rather than a date. Every item names the use-of-funds line it ships against.

Everything on this page after the flywheel is forward-looking: it describes what the round is intended to buy, not what has been achieved. Nothing here has been measured.
Source: src/components/investors/growth.json, with the runway and the use-of-funds lines read from ROUND — the kit’s single definition of the round. The diagrams are generated from that data by one shared renderer; nobody hand-edits an SVG.
