Transformative

An upset family at the front desk (school administration)

Practise the counter conversation with a parent who has just been given bad news, with a queue behind them and their child standing right beside them. The AI plays the family.

Pick the situation and how many exchanges you want. The AI plays the family; you staff the counter. At the end you get a per-dimension evaluation, with verbatim quotes of what you actually said and one concrete action per dimension.

You will be speaking with

The parent

Each situation starts the counterpart somewhere different.

Each round = one of your responses + the customer's reply. The final round wraps the interaction naturally.

About this rubric

A front-office role rarely exercises teacher agency or teacher competencies, so this practice leans on the OECD Teaching Compass 2025 only at the one point where the counter genuinely connects the family to the school. This is formative practice: it accredits and certifies nothing.

Formative practice only. No certification, accreditation or diagnosis follows from it.
