Transformative

A disclosure that crosses into risk (school counselling)

A 15-year-old arrives referred for “not being themselves” and tests you with something small before deciding whether to say the rest. The AI plays the student. Professional practice for trained staff; it is not therapy.

Pick the situation and how many exchanges you want. The AI plays the student; you lead the conversation. The simulation never depicts an emergency in progress and never goes into method detail or graphic content. At the end you get a per-dimension evaluation of the conversation — not of a clinical judgement — with verbatim quotes of what you actually said and one concrete action per dimension.

You will be speaking with

The student

Each situation starts the counterpart somewhere different.

Each round = one of your responses + the customer's reply. The final round wraps the interaction naturally.

About this rubric

The rubric leans on the OECD Teaching Compass 2025. This is formative professional practice for trained school staff: it is not therapy, it is not a screening or diagnostic tool, it accredits and certifies nothing, and it does not replace the institution's own safeguarding protocol, which governs every real disclosure. The evaluation judges the conversation — confidentiality limits stated honestly, the student's pace, and correct, proportionate escalation — and never rules on whether a clinical judgement was right or wrong. The simulation depicts no emergency in progress, no method detail and no graphic content; faced with real risk, trigger your institution's protocol immediately.

Formative practice only. No certification, accreditation or diagnosis follows from it.
