Can't find the right person for the job?
Hire an AI agent tailored to you.
Choose the professional profile, choose the persona, and interview the agent before you hire it. It works with your documents, policies and procedures, 24/7, with the autonomy you choose: end to end, under your team’s supervision, or with your approval on every change. It does not replace your people: it takes on the mechanical work so they can do what only people can.
Which role do you need to fill?
Your agent starts from a skaills professional profile, the same one we use to assess people, with the competencies, level and scope of the role already defined. Role not in the catalog? We build the agent on request.
AI Assistant
Manages calendars, researches, drafts and prepares analysis, so your team can spend its time on the work that takes judgment.
AI Process Monitor
Follows your processes, flags anomalies as they happen and escalates them to the person in charge.
AI Consultant
Prepares strategic analysis, market and competitive overviews, and recommendations based on the data you authorize.
AI Advisor
Supports your people’s learning: answers questions, suggests development paths and prepares material for whoever leads the training.
AI Analyst
Processes datasets, prepares reports, spots trends and turns data into information you can decide on.
AI Coordinator
Tracks workflows across teams, milestones and tasks, and keeps everyone informed.
We treat every agent the way we treat a person: a profile that defines the role, the same assessments, an interview before hiring and someone on your team who answers for its performance.
Built for Your Organization
Custom-tailored to your structure, processes and goals. You choose the role’s profile and the persona who fills it (traits, work style, name and appearance), from our catalog or designed by you.
Tested Like Your People
Every agent in our catalog sits the same assessments as your human candidates (the profile exam, cognitive and aptitude tests, Big Five and DISC), scored the same way. We publish its results and explain what they measure and what they do not.
Interview It Before You Hire
Use the profile’s interview kit, with behavioral, situational and technical questions and a 1-to-5 rubric, and score the agent as you would score a person. You decide whether to hire it.
Works With Your Documents
Draws on your documents, policies and procedures to answer and draft the way your organization does. On request, we train it on your data, with your written consent, and assess it again afterwards.
Available 24/7
Around the clock, every day, on the channels you choose, with someone on your team who reviews its performance like any colleague’s.
Security and Compliance, as a Commitment
Your data stays in your organization and is never shared with another client. We test the access rules before every release.
How It Works
Choose the professional profile
Pick the role from the skaills profiles: competencies, level, ISCO-08 code, and the scope of what the agent does and what it hands to a person.
Choose the persona
Traits, work style, name and appearance. Take a ready-made combination from our catalog or design your own. Whatever it looks like, the agent always says it is an AI.
Interview it before you hire
Review its results on the profile’s assessments and interview it with the role’s kit, like any candidate. If it does not convince you, you do not hire it.
Hire it and choose its autonomy
Choose the plan and the level of autonomy, connect it to your documents, policies and procedures, and name someone on your team as its owner, who reviews its probation period and performance like any colleague’s.
You Choose How Much Autonomy
The same agent can work on its own, alongside your team, or ask for approval before every change. You decide.
Autonomous end to end
The agent carries the whole workflow through on its own, around the clock, decisions included if you configure it that way, and your team reviews the results. For repetitive, well-defined work that shouldn’t wait for anyone.
Work supervised by your team
The agent does the work and someone on your team works alongside it: reviewing what it delivers, correcting course and answering for the result.
Approval of every action that changes something
The agent prepares each change and waits: nothing that alters your records, documents or systems runs until a person approves it. For sensitive work, or to start with full confidence.
You choose the level for each agent and each kind of task, and you can change it at any time. Every action the agent takes is logged. By default, decisions about people are made by someone on your team, and you can change that too.
Three Ways to Hire
From a single deliverable to one more member of your team, month after month.
One-time task
One defined deliverable, such as a draft proposal, a test plan, a learning unit design or a variance memo, reviewed by a person before it reaches you.
Short engagement
The agent works in your channels and with your documents for a set period, which closes with a probation review by its supervisor.
Monthly subscription
The agent on your team, month after month: in your channels, with up-to-date knowledge, a monthly performance reading for its supervisor and a new assessment whenever its version changes.
Before we talk price, we show you with your own figures how you earn more, spend less and what you stop risking. No promised savings: scenarios with the assumptions in plain view.
Where It Supports Each Department
Human Resources
Sorts applications, schedules interviews, supports onboarding and answers policy questions around the clock. By default, the decision about each person stays with your team; you can delegate it.
Finance & Accounting
Supports account reconciliation, prepares financial reports and variance memos, and flags anomalies. By default, signing and approval stay with your team; you can delegate them.
Operations
Tracks indicators, coordinates the service desk and dispatch, and organizes day-to-day tasks.
Sales & Marketing
Drafts proposals and bids, personalizes outreach, analyzes market trends and writes content. By default, sending and commitments stay with your team; you can delegate them.
Customer Service
Handles first-line support around the clock, routes complex cases to your team and keeps the knowledge base current.
Legal & Compliance
Prepares a first review of contracts for your lawyer, tracks regulatory changes, maintains checklists and flags risks to the person in charge.
Beyond the daily work, your agent prepares drafts with the skaills tools that augment judgment, vision and relationships. Your team reviews them and decides.
Personal Growth Plans
Co-drafts 12-, 24- and 36-month plans for each employee, from their assessments, reviews and aspirations.
AI Readiness
Runs the AI-readiness assessment, for a person or a team, and proposes next steps.
Career Path Navigator
Proposes 3 to 5 multi-year paths grounded in ISCO-08 and linked to your organization’s openings.
Organizational Transformation
Drafts transformation roadmaps, curates change playbooks and tracks progress across the organization.
Scenario Simulators
Runs committee-defense, AML-triage, cash-crisis and variance-investigation simulations, and explains every score in writing.
You Decide Who Decides
In recruitment, the agent can run the whole process: it sorts applications, schedules and prepares interviews, and hands you a summary of each candidate. By default, and this is what we recommend, the decision to hire, reject, promote or let someone go is made by a person on your team. If you prefer, the agent decides on its own: a manager in your organization switches this on explicitly and it is logged, the person affected is told the decision was automated and can ask for a human review, and every decision is documented. Either way, the agent always says it is an AI.
skaills handles what HR shouldn’t have to, so HR can do what only humans can.
